The Medialane new luxury spacious south facing villa overlooks the 5th tee and 4th fairway of the prestigious Santa Clara Golf Club and is ideally placed to enjoy the Golf courses of the region, the magnificent sandy beaches (2min drive from villa) and the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The villa is located on the front line of Santa Clara golf course. Being one of the most prestigious on the 'golf mile' it is also one of the prettiest. With Marbella golf on one side and Rio Real on the other and 30 more courses close by, the golfer is spoilt for choice.

Although the villa is just 5 minutes drive from the bustling town of Marbella with its marinas, shopping & nightlife one can still sit on the terrace and enjoy the tranquility, the only sounds to disturb you being the singing of the birds and the 'ping' of a golf club. Just opposite the complex is the famous Los Monteros Hotel. Enjoy the luxury of its 'La Cabane' Beach Club or stroll along the beautiful sandy beach that stretches for 20 km along the cove. There are numerous restaurants and bars within a short drive catering for fine dining or casual eating such as tapas.
